Schedule your in-person clinical assessment and protocol consultation.
We schedule consultations exclusively through direct intake inquiry to confirm medical contraindications, verify topical medication timelines, and establish protocol feasibility before reserving treatment room equipment.
Direct intake guidelines and pre-treatment requirements.
Aseptic practice requires rigorous intake documentation. If you currently use oral isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6 months, received neurotoxin or dermal filler injections in the last 14 days, or have sunburned tissue, aggressive peels and fractionated lasers cannot be scheduled.

What to expect upon arrival at 130 North Tryon Street.
We operate a noise-dampened clinical suite designed for focused procedural attention. Every appointment follows a structured diagnostic sequence before any physical contact occurs.
Clients arrive with completely bare skin or use our sterile pre-wash station. Casey Finch conducts a diagnostic scan using 5500K clinical lighting and cross-polarized UV imaging to map subsurface porphyria bacteria, lipid distribution, and epidermal melanin depth.
We inspect contraindications: recent sun tanning, active cold sores, antibiotic photosensitizers (such as doxycycline), and topical acid use. If safe, we establish exact laser fluence (J/cm²), peel acid layering, and pass counts.
Treatment is delivered in our sterile suite using single-use surgical lancets, autoclaved stainless steel comedone extractors, or calibrated laser handpieces. Medical protective eyewear is fitted for all laser protocols.
Following chemical peels or laser resurfacing, we apply pure lipid-identical ceramides and broad-spectrum zinc oxide SPF 50. Clients receive a typed day-by-day recovery protocol and our direct line for post-treatment monitoring.
