Procedural Index • Charlotte Aesthetic Clinic

Every clinical modality operates with fixed session bands, verified pass counts, and stated downtime windows.

We publish every protocol parameter upfront. Review clinical facial extractions ($169–$300), chemical peels ($90–$325), and face and neck laser therapies ($385–$1,880) administered by Casey Finch, LE/LI at 130 North Tryon Street.

Four treatment pillars categorized by cellular depth and recovery requirements.

We avoid vague beauty menus. Procedures are organized strictly by dermal layer interaction: stratum corneum clearing, epidermal chemical exfoliation, papillary collagen remodeling, and monthly barrier stabilization.

Clinical Classification System
Category 1 • 169–300 USD • 30–80 Min • 0 Days Downtime

Facial Extraction & Deep Pore Cleansing

Mechanical desquamation, ultrasonic vibration at 28 kHz, and manual comedone extraction with sterile lancet unroofing. Includes HydraFacial MD vortex vacuum clearing, lymphatic drainage massage, and 415nm/830nm LED canopy light.

Category 2 • 90–325 USD • 45–60 Min • 2–5 Days Flaking

Medical Chemical Resurfacing Peels

Acid-driven cellular dissolution targeting hyperkeratosis, solar lentigines, and post-inflammatory pigment. Protocols utilize PCA Skin modified Jessner and TCA blends, along with Glo Skin Beauty salicylic and glycolic formulations.

Category 3 • 385–1880 USD • 45–80 Min • 1–7 Days Healing

Targeted Face & Neck Laser Therapies

Advanced coherent and broad-spectrum energy platforms including Aerolase Neo 650-microsecond 1064nm Nd:YAG, Sciton BBL Hero high-peak-power photofacial, Sciton Halo hybrid fractional resurfacing, and Sciton Moxi 1927nm diode laser.

Category 4 • 75–325 USD Monthly • 30–60 Min • Structured 30-Day Cycles

Monthly Corrective Skin Regimens

Scheduled monthly maintenance programs alternating pore vacuuming, chemical exfoliation, and targeted laser pulses to sustain cellular renewal without clinical rebound or barrier degradation.

Clinical specification matrix: modality, active agent, duration, and price basis.

Quotes depend directly on treatment type, anatomical zone (face, neck, décolleté), chemical peel depth, booster protocols, and single session versus clinical package series.

"We price by consumables, sterile instruments, and machine laser firing hours, not by luxury retail markups. If a client books an Aerolase acne pass, they pay for the 650-microsecond energy delivery and protective consumables, without being pressured to buy five unneeded skincare jars at the front desk."

Clinical intake steps: how appointments are assessed and executed.

Because aesthetic lasers and medium-depth peels carry physiological contraindications, we do not permit instantaneous checkouts without clinical intake validation.

Strict safety screening protocol
Step 01 • Diagnostic Intake • 15 Minutes

Cross-Polarized Skin Diagnostic Assessment

We capture subsurface vascular distribution, melasma pigment depth, and stratum corneum lipid integrity under polarized dermatological lighting before touching your face. We cross-reference medical history, active retinoid use, and sun exposure.

Step 02 • Pre-Treatment Cleansing • 10 Minutes

Aseptic Cleansing and Degreasing

Double cleansing with active gentle surfactants followed by pharmaceutical alcohol degreasing for chemical peels, or ultrasound gel application and optical blackout goggle placement for Sciton and Aerolase laser therapies.

Step 03 • Treatment Execution • 30 to 60 Minutes

Modality Administration with Real-Time Parameter Tracking

Laser pulse counting, Joules-per-centimeter energy monitoring, and chemical peel layer timing with immediate frosting inspection. Manual follicular lancet extractions are performed strictly along follicle alignment angles to prevent tissue scarring.

Step 04 • Barrier Restoration • 15 Minutes

Post-Treatment Calming and Photoprotection

Application of chilled biocellulose masks, pure topical hyaluronic acid, lipid-restoring ceramide emulsions, and broad-spectrum zinc oxide physical SPF 50+. Detailed post-procedure recovery sheets are provided in writing.

Absolute contraindications: what we will not perform and why.

Patient safety dictates refusing procedures where tissue damage or pigment rebound is likely. We maintain strict non-negotiable medical boundaries.

Safety First Policy

Systemic Isotretinoin (Accutane) within 6 Months

We refuse medium-depth chemical peels, dermaplaning, Halo hybrid resurfacing, and aggressive extractions if oral isotretinoin was taken within the prior six months due to impaired re-epithelialization and heightened scarring risks.

Active UV Erythema or Artificial Tanning

Sciton BBL and Sciton Halo treatments will be immediately rescheduled if active sunburn, peeling, or self-tanning chemicals are present. Melanin saturation in superficial keratin causes epidermal blistering under broadband light pulses.

Compulsive Follicular Excoriation (Skin Picking)

We will not apply multi-layer TCA peels or aggressive extractions to clients who admit to picking at flaking epidermal sheets. Premature peeling tears immature stratum basale cells, creating permanent post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
